Web designer/developer
Seeking experienced and versatile web designer/developer with graphic design and/or marketing experience to set up and manage MarcomCentral and FusionPro Links. MarcomCentral is a vendor-hosted (SaaS) web-to-print system that provides an automated solution for creating, printing and managing the delivery of static, versioned and variable data pieces for our clients. FusionPro Links creates personalized direct marketing programs and a customized online response experience with personalized URLs and microsites for variable data publishing (VDP) marketing campaigns, and manages these campaigns with a comprehensive suite of tracking and reporting features.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly self-teach the tools through online tutorials and research and will help create process documentation for this service offering. Must be comfortable meeting with clients to discuss new projects and provide direction/advice. Must work well under pressure as part of a team or independently with little direction. We are searching for a very specific person who has knowledge in several areas, this is not your typical Web Developer, Web Designer, Graphic Designer or Marketer position.

The Program Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with assigned clients and overseeing the delivery of services to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding client expectations. This position will give you the experience and confidence that you need to succeed in sales in this rugged post recession economy.
CCS offers hands-on experience that will teach you the ins and outs of integrated solutions selling including web based tools which allow clients to manage their printed and electronic document and related materials. You will make business to business sales calls to sell our online tools which support end-to-end document and inventory management solutions at our CCS Printing and CCS Fulfillment divisions. You would also be finding new business through leads and canvassing and supporting customers who call in to CCS for information on our services. Our training program will give you the confidence you need to be your best. Training includes advanced sales skills modules, training on using our CRM system to log activity and build sophisticated drip marketing campaigns to communicate with customers and prospects, and training on the back-end solutions in printing and fulfillment job production and management.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with a work history and proven track record in sales who has consistently exceeded the sales targets set for him/her. Ideally we’d like to see at least three to five years of outside sales experience. Experience selling web based solutions is desired. Experience selling in the advertising, marketing, publications or printing and fulfillment/third party logistics marketplace will put you far ahead in consideration for this position.
